How can you reassure me that everything will be just perfect?
Perfection is hard to achieve 100% of the time, but we do come pretty close. First, everything is guaranteed in writing with a signed contract. Then we will work with you to ensure that you get exactly what you want in the way of music and presentation. Just check our references page to see how we perform.
How long does it take for
you to set up?
Approximately two hours to set up and about an hour-and-a-half to pack away at the end.
Do you play music for all ages?
Yes, of course. We have a huge library of music to cater for all tastes and we use a combination of CD and MP3 files.
Do you play requests?
Yes, of course. We will send a form with your booking contract where you can list any special music that you would like to hear, plus we take requests on the night – but only if you, as our customer, want us to.
Do you do karaoke?
Sorry, no.
Will you play later than
the agreed time on the
booking form?
Yes, provided the venue agrees. However, there will be an additional per hour charge payable in cash in advance.
Are you insured for public liability and tested for electrical safety?
Yes to both – most venues will require sight of the certificates and they will be provided at the time of booking.

Do you have a good
light show?
